In 2022 the Principal Nicholas Geils broke away once again re open the brand and build a new professional soon to be household name spanning South Africa - PerryWood Properties.

About our Principal - Nicholas Geils
I started in the world of Real Estate 26 years ago in 1996. I couldn't have been happier to have made this decision. Many ups and downs, highs and lows but have overcome them all and never left this field. Real Estate is in my blood. I love to meet new people everyday and the challenges that the profession brings makes me wiser and stronger. Starting at the age of 20 and realizing that this isn't a job but rather a lifelong career and wouldn't change it for anything else.
After being with a few other agencies and gaining much experience in Sales and Rentals from 1996 to 2001, at this juncture I approached Camdon's Real Estate to open their Randburg Branch. The branch officially opened in March 2001 and closed end September 2022.
1 October 2022 - this is where my life took a major shift and I officially opened PerryWood Properties. The reason was that this was my creation and having many many years experience in the real estate field, it just made sense to open and start a brand new family brand, one which I can grow and expand at my pace with my ideas.
The name PerryWood was actually established in 1999 as PerryWood Estates but never officially operated under this name until now in 2022 where we are now known as PerryWood Properties. We intend to expand and franchise the brand across the whole of South Africa and eventually internationally as well.
